Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Squibbi, developed by Elefterios Gabriel Ghidan (the “Developer,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), handles information in connection with the Game.
1. Data Collection
The Developer does not collect personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics data, diagnostic data, or usage data through the Game for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.
The Game does not use cookies, advertising software development kits, analytics services, or third-party tracking technologies.
Squibbi may use Apple iCloud to save and synchronize gameplay-related data as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. iCloud and Game Data
Squibbi may use Apple iCloud to save and synchronize certain gameplay data across supported devices connected to the user's iCloud account.
This gameplay data may include, for example:
- game progress;
- high scores and records;
- in-game coins or other earned game currency;
- unlocked or selected skins;
- game settings and preferences;
- achievements or unlocks; and
- similar information necessary to preserve the user's game state.
This data is used only for gameplay functionality, such as preserving progress and synchronizing game data between supported devices.
The Developer does not operate a separate server or database for this iCloud gameplay data and does not receive or remotely access users' iCloud gameplay data.
The Developer does not use iCloud gameplay data for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing.
iCloud is a service provided and operated by Apple. Storage, synchronization, processing, security, and retention of data through iCloud are subject to Apple's applicable privacy policies, terms, services, and the user's iCloud settings.
3. Accounts, Purchases, and Advertising
- No Developer-operated account creation or user registration is required.
- The Game does not contain in-app purchases.
- The Game does not display third-party advertising.
- No separate Squibbi account is required to use iCloud synchronization.
4. Offline Functionality
The Game is designed to support normal gameplay without requiring a continuous internet connection.
An internet connection may be required for iCloud synchronization and for platform functions such as downloading, installation, updates, licensing, payment processing, backups, or platform security.
These platform services are provided and controlled by the relevant platform provider.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
The Developer does not sell, rent, disclose, or share users' personal data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties for advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.
When iCloud functionality is used, gameplay data is processed through Apple's iCloud services for the purpose of saving and synchronizing game data.
Information processed by Apple or another platform provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and applicable terms.
6. Data Retention and Security
The Developer does not maintain a Developer-operated database containing users' personal data or iCloud gameplay data.
Gameplay data saved through iCloud may remain stored and synchronized according to Apple's services, applicable policies, and the user's iCloud settings.
The Developer does not independently receive, retain, or remotely access the user's iCloud gameplay data.
7. Children's Privacy
The Game does not require Developer-operated registration and does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Gameplay data may be saved and synchronized through Apple iCloud as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you believe that personal information has been provided directly to the Developer outside the Game by a child, please use the contact information below.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal data.
Because the Developer does not maintain a Developer-operated database containing users' personal data or iCloud gameplay data, the Developer generally does not have such data to access, correct, delete, or provide in response to a request.
Data stored through iCloud may be managed through Apple's services, account controls, or device settings, where applicable.
This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to information processed independently by Apple or another platform provider.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Game, its features, legal requirements, or clarification of existing practices.
The current version will remain available on this page and will be identified by the “Last Updated” date shown above.
